• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Male

• HSC or equivalent.  

• Basic computer skills such as MS Word and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Knowledge of the toll road system and policies.

• Age at most 18-30 years.

• Work Location: Toll Plaza (Anywhere in Bangladesh)

• To represents the company’s as front liner servicemen and to provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to the highway users.

• To collect toll from vehicles ensuring that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification and toll rate.

• To check and ensure that the toll equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and to report any malfunction promptly.

• Collection of fixed tolls from the drivers of each vehicle.

•    Calculating and managing realized cash toll collection and electronic toll payment.

• Issuing changes and receipts to customers as required.

• Monitor traffic flow and adjust lane operations as needed to minimize delays.

• Reporting any malfunctioning equipment or unusual occurrences to the supervisor.

• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

• To undertake other duties as and when directed by the Toll Supervisor.
