Job Context:
∎ Eco Travels & Tours is a rising travel agency in the Bangladeshi tour & travel sector. Our main services are Air ticketing, International visa processing, arrange package tour & Hotel booking for domestic & international.
∎ We are looking for an experienced, Energetic, well mannered, creative and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Air ticketing & Visa Processing department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Air Ticketing and Visa processing.
∎ Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets.
∎ Using GDS (Galileo, Sabre & Amadeus).
∎ Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
∎ Increasing selling by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as Umrah package, tour packages, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Manage Daily Official works.
∎ Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airlines / Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement and act as a tour guide if needed.
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive, and hardworking.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules, and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates will get extra advantage if she has good English communication skill & Computer skill (like Graphic Design & advance MS Office Program)
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Yearly Increment will be provided.
