∎ Position Summary
∎ We are looking for some candidates for the position of Sales & Reservation Executive (Ticket)
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Process domestic and international air ticket reservations using GDS systems (Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus)
∎ Issue tickets, re-issue tickets, and handle cancellations and refunds
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings
∎ Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
∎ Qualifications
∎ Minimum HSC or Bachelor Degree Running.
∎ Experience Not Needed
∎ Freshers Needed
∎ Provisional or training period 3 months. Salary will be increased after 3 months
∎ Receiving and registration of visa applications.
∎ Knowledge about Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing,
∎ Have experience about Tourist, Student and Work permit visa processing.
∎ Verify accuracy and completeness of all visa-related documents before submission and providing guidance on visa policy.
∎ Answering enquires through Social Network, WhatsApp, emails and telephone.
∎ Visa related other tasks and assignments.
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), E-mail, Internet browsing and fast typing (Both English & Bengali).
