Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC Pass.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries.
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, and Customer Service.
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to customer's requirement for Airlines, Hotel & other Packages
∎ Contact customers and travel agents to update them about products & promotions.
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Other necessary jobs deemed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Training/Trade Course: air ticketing, excellent communication, Expertise in MS Office.
∎ Skills Required: Air Ticketing, GDS SYSTEM, Strong analytical and communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Air Ticketing, Air ticketing Reservation, Computer skills, GDS SYSTEM, Leadership, and Good Communication skill., online travel agency, Visa Processing, Work as a travel agency, or relevant work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Travel Agent.
∎ Previous experience working at a travel agency or relevant work.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, and PowerPoint) Internet browsing, and fast typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Fluency in written & speaking English is highly expected.
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multiple functions.
