Job Context:
∎ Elite Travels is looking for a female Reservation & Ticketing Officer.
∎ The candidate must have proficiency in GSD like Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo, etc.
∎ The candidate also should be able to provide visa assistance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issuing, cancelling, and reissuing tickets.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries.
∎ Provide visa assistance.
∎ Design Tour Packages.
∎ Maintain all types of marketing channels we use.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Abacus, Amadeus, Communication, Computer skill, Galileo, GDS, Visa Processing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Customer Support/ Client Service, Reservation and ticketing, Tourism, and Visa Processing.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
