Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell Tangram’s switch and socket products to retailers, wholesalers, and project contractors.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize product reach and brand loyalty.
∎ Identify new business opportunities in assigned markets and regularly visit potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
∎ Provide accurate market feedback regarding competitors’ activities, pricing, and new product trends.
∎ Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost product visibility.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive product sales growth.
∎ Prepare daily visit reports, client updates, and sales tracking records.
∎ Educate customers on the features, advantages, and installation methods of switch and socket products.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent after-sales support.
