Additional Requirements:
∎ *For TSM:* Minimum *2–3 years* of experience in FMCG sales.
∎ *For ASM:* Minimum *4–5 years* of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently.

∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
∎ Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
∎ Submit regular sales reports to higher management.
