Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of pre-defined sales target (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of Distributors and their filed force.
∎ Evaluating their own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel, ensuring product availability and visibility.
∎ Trend and competitive analysis by brand and SKU
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
∎ Sales analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a concrete plan to develop sales performance in assigned areas.
∎ Must have the ability to set up a strong distribution network as per company requirements.
∎ Skills Required: communication skill, Computer skill, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Retail Sales and Marketing, Supervisory Skills, Teamwork and collaboration
