∎ The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for Sales, Coordinating Doctors, Agents, Pharmacy and Patients of the designated territory, generate business and to keep effective business relationship with the end customers

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular market visit in assigned territory and create strong relationship with Doctors and chemists to create strong brand awareness of Orko.
∎ Meet monthly Doctor and patient registration target Orko apps and make them familiar with the app by regular visit and coordination
∎ Meet assigned prescription and sales target through promoting and ensuring regular use of Orko apps by the medical professionals.
∎ Arrange periodic Doctor orientation program within assigned territory.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Doctors or Chemists for find out the new Business opportunities to increase the sales.
∎ To set month to month sales target in coordination of Line manager and meet monthly sales target consistently.
∎ To drive for sales collection both current and previous dues from the market with monthly reporting.
∎ Maintaining business relationship with existing customers for referral sales
∎ Need to add value addition/contribution in Clinical Product & Medical Services

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Medical Representative /Promotion Officer job in Pharmaceuticals
∎ Graduation in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
∎ Mentality to meet target consistantly, Sales, Dues Collection,
∎ Collecting Competition & Market data,
∎ Self-motivating, Hard working,
∎ Ready to handle any difficult situation
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
