Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ BBA/ MBA (Preferably in Business & Marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in leading Fan Retail Company is REQUIRED and highly preferred;
∎ Candidates must have experience in dealer sales network in sales fans (Ceiling Fan, Table Fan and Rechargeable Fan) ;
∎ Capable of handling existing dealers and to create new dealers for gap markets under assigned territory;
∎ Have to achieve sales target by developing territory sales plan and increase coverage at uncovered area through market visit;
∎ Dynamic enough to create dealers/ resellers in every market place of the appointed region;
∎ Very clear knowledge about every competitor's price and program offerings;
∎ Positive mentality and physical fitness to travel all over Bangladesh;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Trade Marketing, Sales;
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the management;
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure;
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly report and submit to supervisor on a regular basis; and
∎ Computer literacy is compulsory (Ms. Word, Excel, Internet e-mail).
