∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Aftab, Competitor Dealer and Farmer visit in accordance with the Route.
∎ Sales generation based on target leads by visiting dealers & farms on a regular basis.
∎ Constant communication with Farmers, Dealers and supervisors to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.
∎ Retain Existing Dealers, Farmers and ensure newly Converted Farmers and Dealers from competitors.
∎ Scheduling the visit plan according to route settled by the department & meet all listed farmers having on each route to know the condition of the farmers.
∎ Analyzing competitor’s product features, benefits, shortfalls, & market scenario.
∎ Communicate with people outside the organization, the public & other external sources.
∎ Submit necessary report as requirements of Management.
∎ Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
