Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelors degree from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve both primary & secondary sales target of the assigned territory.
∎ To work with SOs and monitor all the activities of SOs of the territory.
∎ To monitor Distributor's performance & activities.
∎ To prepare territory wise documents that is asked by sales dept.
∎ To ensure distributors primary lifting as per company policy.
∎ To increase company's coverage & distribution as per planning.
∎ To analyze SKU wise & Brand wise sales and achieve.
∎ To share information with the SOs / Distributors delivered from Head Office.
∎ To prepare competitors' information.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of branding materials & trade offers and programs.
∎ To evaluate SOs and Distributors performance and take corrective measures as per direction.
∎ To ensure company's smooth sales and marketing operation in the assigned territory.
∎ To prepare SOs incentive and distributor's incentive.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
