Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about service
∎ Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Answering questions about service or the company
∎ Asking the right questions to engage customers and keep the conversations long
∎ Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone call.
∎ Briefing the benefits of the respective course to the customers
∎ Using utmost friendly, polite and convincing tone
∎ Doing regular follow-up with the contacts and leads.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly both online and offline admission targets
∎ Tracking, recording and reporting sales on a daily basis.
∎ Handling and solving customer queries and grievances.
∎ Performing according to monthly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, excel, word, power point, internet browser etc.) and telephone systems
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ Good communication skill on Bangla and English
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
