Job Context:
∎ Communication Medium: Tele Sales Executives primarily interact with customers and prospects over the phone. They use telephone calls, virtual communication platforms, and other telecommunications tools to connect with individuals and convey sales messages.
∎ Sales Targets and Metrics: Tele Sales Executives typically operate in a target-driven environment. They are expected to achieve specific sales goals, such as meeting sales quotas, generating revenue, or acquiring new customers. Performance is often evaluated based on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
∎ Sales Techniques and Strategies: Telesales Executives employ various sales techniques and strategies to engage potential customers and close deals remotely. They may use persuasive language, active listening, objection handling, and upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Product or Service Knowledge: Tele Sales Executives need to possess a comprehensive understanding of the products or services they are selling. They should be able to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns that may arise.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads.
∎ Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
∎ Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product or service recommendations.
∎ Explaining the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
∎ Answering questions and addressing concerns of customers.
∎ Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
∎ Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
∎ Managing customer databases and updating customer information accurately.
∎ Keeping track of sales activities and submitting regular sales reports.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales objectives.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
∎ Participating in sales training programs to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
∎ Following company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
