∎ Respond to incoming calls and give the information that the caller has asked.
∎ Forward calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
∎ Place outgoing calls, receive messages and deliver to concerned staff.
∎ Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information during phone communications.
∎ Collaborate with the IT department to address phone or system issues.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
∎ Take messages and forward them to the relevant parties.
∎ Carries out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
