Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Building a strong relationship with the client via phone calling.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly sales target.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ To provide weekly & monthly report to his superior regarding sales performance.
∎ Excellent communication skill, proper knowledge of Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Relationship Marketing, and Commercial Space Branding.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area like Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Promotion.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fresher's are encouraged to apply.
