• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Job Context:

Graphics Pixels Ltd. is a professional photo retouching and post-production company serving clients across Europe, the UK, and the USA.

We are looking for a confident, fluent, and persuasive English-speaking Telemarketing Executive to communicate with international clients, introduce our services, and build strong business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with international clients (via phone, email, and online meetings).

• Generate new leads and convert potential clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Explain company services (photo retouching, clipping path, e-commerce image editing, etc.) clearly and convincingly.

• Maintain a CRM/database of prospective clients and regular communication logs.

• Assist the Business Development and Marketing team with client acquisition and relationship management.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth onboarding of new projects.

• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  

• Duty Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh Time) — to ensure full coverage of European office hours.
