Providing expert advice and support:

• Offering guidance and counselling services to clients via telephone or other digital platforms. 

Assessing client needs:

• Understanding the specific issues and concerns of each client to tailor support effectively. 

Developing personalized action plans:

• Creating customized plans to help clients achieve their goals and address their needs. 

Offering coping strategies and therapeutic advice:

• Providing immediate support and guidance on how to manage difficult situations. 

Maintaining client confidentiality:

• Ensuring that all client information and interactions are kept confidential and secure. 

Referring clients to other resources:

• Connecting clients with appropriate mental health professionals or other relevant services when needed. 

Documenting client interactions:

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions. 

Following up with clients:

• Checking in with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to track their progress. 

Staying updated on relevant information:

• Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in counselling and relevant fields. 

Collaborating with other professionals:

• Working with colleagues to enhance service quality and client outcomes.
