Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Engineering Electrical Engineering from any recognized institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fleet maintenance in the power plant as required for smooth operations
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of generator - (Alternator & Engine)
∎ Engine Installation & Resistance (IR), Testing of Alternator
∎ Air filter, Fuel filter, Oil filter monitoring and replacement.
∎ Valve clearance check and adjustment
∎ Injector height, cylinder, height, value height, check and maintenance of the machines and generators
∎ Radiator check, coolant replacement and refilling as required.
∎ Monitor inspection, belt inspection & adjustment, shaft drive greasing battery inspection gravity check
∎ Main alternator troubleshooting, air gap test, greasing, space heater check
∎ Fault detection by using electrical technician (ET), software and troubleshooting
∎ Preparing report based on daily/weekly/monthly inspection
∎ Briefing incoming shift worker during handover/takeover
∎ Always be prepared to be first respondent in case of emergency

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2/3 years work experience in power generation plants preferably with RPM (Reciprocating PowerModules)
∎ Must have extensive knowledge on diesel engines.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy including Microsoft windows and Microsoft Office
∎ General HSE Knowledge
∎ Communication skills both verbal and written in English
∎ Willing to work in teams and a rotating 24/7 shift basis
