Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Diploma in Electronics

• At least 2 years

• Must have experience working as a Technician in a Mobile company.

Inspection & Diagnostics

• • Examine walkie-talkies and communication equipment to identify issues or malfunctions.
  • Use diagnostic tools to test functionality, signal strength, and internal circuits.

Repair & Maintenance

• • Replace or repair damaged components such as speakers, microphones, batteries, antennas, and circuit boards.
  • Solder and de solder electronic components as needed.
  • Perform firmware updates and reprogram radios for frequency/channel alignment.

Calibration & Testing

• • Calibrate devices to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
  • Test repaired units for audio clarity, range, signal strength, and functionality.

Documentation & Reporting

• • Maintain repair logs, service records, and customer reports.
  • Document parts used, work performed, and equipment status.

Customer Support

• • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the use and maintenance of their devices.
  • Train users on proper handling and troubleshooting techniques.

Inventory Management

• • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements as necessary.
  • Keep track of frequently used components and tools.

Compliance & Safety

• • Ensure repairs comply with industry standards and local radio frequency regulations.
  • Follow safety procedures when handling electronic components and tools.
