∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Mill operation (VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press) Maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of grinding mill systems, such as ball mills vertical roller mills & Roller press.
∎ Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
∎ Basic knowledge of hydraulic system of VRM & roller press.
∎ Mill operation (VRM, Ball Mill & Roller Press) Maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of grinding mill systems, such as ball mills vertical roller mills & Roller press.
∎ Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
∎ Basic knowledge of hydraulic system of VRM & roller press.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor mill equipment, including VRM (Vertical Roller Mill), Ball Mill, and Roller Press.
∎ Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mill equipment to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
∎ Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and other staff members.
∎ Respond to emergency calls for mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
∎ Any other task assign by the supervisor/Management.
∎ Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry is seeking skilled and experienced Technician to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of grinding mill systems and associated equipment. The role involves hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and collaboration to achieve smooth and reliable mill operations.
