A. Machine Operation & Troubleshooting (মেশিন ট্রাবলশুটিং)

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical breakdowns of production machinery (e.g., foam cutting saws, Stitching machine, quilting machines, tape-edge machines, compresses, conveyors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic presses, bunchers, laminators). উৎপাদন যন্ত্রপাতির (যেমন: ফোম কাটিং মেশিন, সেলাই বা স্টিচিং মেশিন, কুইল্টিং মেশিন, টপ -এজ মেশিন, কম্প্রেসার, কনভেয়র, নিউমেটিক সিস্টেম, হাইড্রোলিক প্রেস, বাঞ্চার, ল্যামিনেটর) জটিল যান্ত্রিক সমস্যা চিহ্নিত ও সমাধান করা।

• Handle emergency machine breakdowns and restore operations within minimum downtime. (জরুরি ব্রেকডাউন পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত মেরামত করে উৎপাদন চালু করা।)

B. Repair & Maintenance (মেরামত ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ)

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all factory machines and utilities. (প্রিভেন্টিভ, প্রিডিক্টিভ ও কারেকটিভ মেইনটেন্যান্স কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।)

• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts, bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, rollers, cutters, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. (বেয়ারিং, গিয়ার, বেল্ট, চেইন, মোটর, গিয়ারবক্স, রোলার, কাটার ও হাইড্রোলিক যন্ত্রাংশ মেরামত ও প্রতিস্থাপন।)

• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration, and adjustment of machinery. (মেশিন লুব্রিকেশন, এলাইনমেন্ট, ক্যালিব্রেশন ও সেটিং নিশ্চিত করা।)

C. Technical Problem-Solving (কারিগরি সমস্যা সমাধান)

• Analyze recurring machine problems and implement permanent, root-cause solutions. (পুনরাবৃত্ত যন্ত্রের সমস্যা বিশ্লেষণ করা এবং স্থায়ী, মূল কারণভিত্তিক সমাধান বাস্তবায়ন করা।)

• Collaborate with production teams to understand issues affecting product quality (e.g., uneven cuts, stitching problems, density inconsistencies) and rectify machine-related causes. (পণ্যের গুণমানকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে এমন সমস্যাগুলি (যেমন: অসম কাটা, সেলাইয়ের সমস্যা, ঘনত্বের অসামঞ্জস্য) বোঝার জন্য উৎপাদন দলের সাথে সহযোগিতা করা এবং যন্ত্র-সম্পর্কিত কারণগুলি সংশোধন করা।)

• Fabricate or modify simple machine parts using workshop tools (lathe, milling, welding, grinding). (ওয়ার্কশপ সরঞ্জাম (লেদ, মিলিং, ওয়েল্ডিং, গ্রাইন্ডিং) ব্যবহার করে সহজ যন্ত্রাংশ তৈরি বা পরিবর্তন করা।)

D. Production Support (উৎপাদন সহায়তা)

• Support production teams by ensuring machines operate at optimal efficiency. (উৎপাদন টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে মেশিনের সর্বোচ্চ কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করা।)

• Modify or adjust machines to improve productivity, quality, and safety. (উৎপাদন দক্ষতা ও গুণগত মান বৃদ্ধির জন্য মেশিনে প্রয়োজনীয় পরিবর্তন ও উন্নয়ন করা।)

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and trial runs of new machines. (নতুন মেশিন ইনস্টলেশন, কমিশনিং ও ট্রায়াল রান–এ সহায়তা করা।)

E. Safety & Compliance (নিরাপত্তা ও নিয়ম পালন)

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with factory safety rules and statutory requirements. (কারখানার নিরাপত্তা নীতি ও আইন অনুযায়ী কাজ নিশ্চিত করা।)

• Maintain safety guards, emergency stops, and machine interlocks. (সেফটি গার্ড, ইমার্জেন্সি স্টপ ও ইন্টারলক সঠিকভাবে কার্যকর রাখা।)

• Promote safe work practices during repair and maintenance activities. (মেইনটেন্যান্স কাজের সময় নিরাপদ কর্মপদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করা।)

F. Documentation & Reporting (ডকুমেন্টেশন ও রিপোর্টিং)

• Maintain machine history logs, maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage. (মেশিন হিস্ট্রি, মেইনটেন্যান্স লগ, ব্রেকডাউন রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ।)

• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance status reports. (দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক মেইনটেন্যান্স রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।)

• Coordinate with stores for spare parts planning and inventory control. (স্পেয়ার পার্টস ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য স্টোর ও প্রোকিউরমেন্ট টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।)
