Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Monitor solar plant (Inverter, PV field, SMB's, emergency systems, surveillance systems, server room, plant housekeeping activities, module cleaning system smooth operation, water leakage & consumption of module cleaning) daily.                                                                                                                       

2.      Take initiatives to reduce breakdowns of solar PV plant.                                                                                                      

3.      Conduct operation and maintenance of MW Solar Power Plant. String current & voltage checking, analysis, and improving performance of Plant with respect to radiation

4.      String current & voltage checking, analysis, and improving performance of Plant with respect to radiation.

5.      Involve in regular maintenance of inverters, transformers, HT, LT panels and 33 KV switchyard equipment actively.

6.      Ensure presence at site before sunrise to keep solar PV plant in active generation mode daily without fail. 

7.      Co-ordinate with the O&M team for achieving the organization requirement.   

8.      Conduct scheduled maintenance ensuring 100% adherence to timeline (within +/- 7 days).                                                                              

9.      Maintain 5S (PV Field, Inverter room & HT Yard. PV Module & Plant Grass Cutting).

10.   Keep account of spare parts to avoid excess storage or shortage.

11.   Ensure material to be drawn from section store with proper documentation/through system & viscera to ensure 100% accuracy in audit.
