∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Utilize your professional knowledge.
∎ • Review cap samples to ensure that they meet product specifications, such as style, cap fittings, construction, workmanship, quality, measurement and write cap sample comments. Identify and resolve sample issues such as workmanship, fittings and measurements etc.
∎ • Be the advocate to provide technical advice and support.
∎ • Explain customers’ requirements, key points, and comments to factories.
∎ • Have a Global and Innovation Mindset.
∎ • Explain customers’ basic requirements, cap fitting guidelines and standards (SOP) to factories.
∎ • Work on set target for fit/PP samples and minimizing rejections, approval of the samples.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • Must have good command of English language, both written and spoken.
∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation Skill.
∎ • Driving for results, willing to take responsibility.
∎ • Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
