Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric two-wheelers.
Inspect and troubleshoot battery systems controllers, and motors.
Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and safety checks as per schedule.
Ensure proper battery handling, charging, storage, and safety compliance.
Conduct road tests after servicing to ensure performance and safety.
Maintain service records, job cards, and spare parts usage reports.
Coordinate with spare parts, service advisors, and supervisors for timely repair.
Support customer complaints resolution related to technical issues.
Keep workshop tools and equipment clean, functional, and organized.
