• Health and safety: Restaurant managers and staff should ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including regular inspections. 

• Inventory: Restaurant supervisors should manage inventory levels. 

• Food quality: Restaurant managers should ensure high-quality food standards. 

• Staff management: Restaurant supervisors should be able to motivate and train staff. 

• Teamwork: Servers should be able to work well in a team and remain calm and efficient during busy shifts. 

• Physical ability: Food runners should have the physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
