Educational Requirements:
∎ MA in Social Science/Religion or related subject.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes, prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work and lesson plan for Religion and Social Science according to the OIS standard.
∎ As a Homeroom Teacher he/she will perform all responsibilities for the role
∎ Plan and prepare appropriately the assigned courses and lectures.
∎ Conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
∎ Implement the designated curriculum completely and in due time.
∎ Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
∎ Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible/
∎ independent learners.
∎ Engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning.
∎ To prepare question papers and mark schemes according to the CAIE standard.
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student’s exam and parents’ dealing
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with the colleagues, Line Manager, and administrators.
∎ Work as a team player.
∎ Preferable if Cambridge Stage-1, Stage-2 training are completed.
∎ Taking initiatives and is willing to do works assigned by the section management and School Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum 3 years teaching experience in related subject.
∎ Work experience in teaching in English medium school will get preference.
∎ Adequate subject knowledge, well-organized and disciplined.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good knowledge on teaching methodology.
