Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Ex-cadet and cadet passed running students are encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes with the students of class-3 to 6 ( Cadet preparation and admission)
∎ Prepare lesson materials, managing classes, answer script evaluation, grade sheet preparation, maintain study log, give feedback to students and related tasks related to class management and students evaluation.
∎ Exercise open and respectful communication with families, co-workers, supervisors, and other staff
∎ Measure progress and accomplishments of students towards their academic achievements on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required.
∎ Create and keep records on attendance, incidents, and other noteworthy events in accordance with students and class management.
∎ Attend meetings and workshops in order to further advance professional development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Highly developed oral and written communication skills
∎ Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with students and their parents
∎ Must have good command in using Microsoft tools (Word, power point & Excel)

Salary: Negotiable
