Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve students in the planning of their own learning and assessment
∎ Use a wide variety of appropriate teaching strategies
∎ Use a wide range of teaching resources
∎ Maintain a text rich environment where learning resources are easily accessible to all students
∎ Promote independent, inquiry based learning
∎ Promote high standards of achievement
∎ Address the needs of students with different levels and types of ability
∎ Use formative and summative assessment processes
∎ Involve students in peer and self assessment
∎ Reporting and Record Keeping:
∎ Keep relevant individual records of students' progress
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Managers and administrators
∎ Work as a team player.
∎ Active participation in school events.

∎ In addition to music classes S/he needs to conduct other subject classes also.
