Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to the abilities of all students, ensuring alignment with the plan and deliver engaging lessons for the Junior Section Grades 1 to Grade 5 (Cambridge Curriculum)
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs
• Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse learning needs
• Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages active participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance
