Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors/ Masters / Diploma in German Language
∎ must have the certificate of B2 completed in German Language
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct classes, prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work and lesson plan for German Language according to OIS standards
∎ Pepare question papers and mark schemes for the subject assigned
∎ Prepare lecture materials and PowerPoint presentations for the classes
∎ Evaluate students'assignments and written works
∎ Plan and implement effective classroom management practices
∎ Prepare students for PASCH projects and programs
∎ Arrange, collaborate with various language institutions to promote/include students to participate in language competitions, seminars, workshops, or events both nationally and internationally
∎ Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent learners
∎ Engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning, and promote research activities
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student's exam and parents' dealing
∎ support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices
∎ Get actively involved with ECA clubs and events of the school
∎ Participates in training and presentations pertaining to professional development Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
∎ All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have certificate of B2 completed in German language
∎ Coordination with Goethe-Institut Bangladesh
∎ Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, colleagues, and community
∎ Excellent communication skills in German and English - both spoken and written
∎ meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating
∎ Can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators
