∎ 2. Candidates with professional teaching qualifications (i.e. B.Ed, Cambridge Celta, Cambridge Delta, Cambridge CDiTL/CCiTL, TKT, iPLS CPD Courses, Cambridge certificate courses, British Council certificate courses) will be preferred.
∎ 3. Proficiency in the subject area being taught.
∎ 4. Experience in teaching at the relevant grade level or subject area.
∎ 5. Knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
∎ 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ 7. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
∎ 8. Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ⁠Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
∎ ⁠Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
∎ Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
∎ Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
∎ Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
∎ Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
∎ ⁠⁠Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
∎ ⁠Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
∎ Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
∎ Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
∎ Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.
∎ Maintain a good rappot with the parents and guardians of our students
∎ ⁠Prepare a monthly report on the students not performing well in the subject
∎ Maintain individual files of all students with updated information
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
