∎ Diploma certificate or professional degree on Dance from any reputed university or institution
Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of teaching dance to Junior, Middle and Senior Section's students
∎ Involve and prepare students for inter and intra school cultural activities
∎ To prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work, and lesson plan, take exams on dance according to the OIS standard
∎ Contribute to supervision of students on roster basis during breaks, assemblies, ECA, and programs
∎ Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent learners
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student's exam and parents' dealing
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices
∎ Get actively involved with ECA clubs and events of the School
∎ Participates in training and presentations pertaining to professional development
∎ Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description
∎ All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have professional experience of teaching and training dance
∎ Working experience in english medium school is highly preferred
∎ Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, colleagues, and community
∎ Good communication skills in english - both spoken and written
∎ Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating
∎ Can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, line manager and administrators
∎ This is a full-time post, part-timers need not to apply
