Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in Early Childhood Education will have an added advantage.
∎ 2-3 years’ experience in working with children in a classroom setting.Strong knowledge of using the learning materials for children.
∎ Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills focusing on interacting with children.
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft word and excel for report generation.
∎ Must be a team player.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover appropriate teaching material.
∎ Balance the teaching method between logical and social exercises.
∎ Provide basic care and attention to the children.
∎ Ability to use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor activities, drawing, crafting, interactive participation, etc) to enhance the child’s cognitive abilities.
∎ Ability to evaluate children’s development progress to make sure they are on the right learning track.
∎ Constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children.
∎ Closely observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord.
∎ Ability to identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
∎ Ability to collaborate with other colleagues.
∎ Ability to upgrade teaching standards and safety regulations according to the latest developments in childcare system.
∎ Work closely with the Admin team to ensure smooth operation of the center.
∎ Assist HR team to assess the performance of the teachers.
