∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry,Applied Chemistry,Biochemistry,Microbiology,Biological Science
∎ Hon's & Master of Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biological Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge to teach both Chemistry & Biology according to CAIE Syllabus for O level
∎ Candidates must be able to teach Chemistry & Biology of Class 5 to Class 7 & Class 8 to Class 10/O Level
∎ Prepare Syllabus, Session plan, Scheme of Work & Lesson Plan for Chemistry & Biology according to the OIS Standard
∎ To prepare question papers & Mark schemes according to the CAIE standard.
∎ To prepare Lecture materials /PPT and actively involved in developing curriculum
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Managers and administrators
∎ Has the ability to work as a team player
∎ Other Admin related tasks assigned by the school management.
∎ Preferable if Cambridge stage-1, stage-2 training is completed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 year(s) of teaching experience in Chemistry & Biology
∎ Excellent communication skills in English
∎ Should have good knowledge on teaching methodology.
∎ Experience in dealing CAIE O/AS level candidates will give preference.
∎ Work experience in English medium school will get preference
∎ Adequate subject knowledge, Smart, Well organized & Disciplined
