• শিক্ষকদের সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয় ছাড়াও অন্যান্য বিষয়ে (সাধারণ জ্ঞান, সমাজ বিজ্ঞান ইত্যাদি) পাঠদানের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• Must be highly experienced in the relevant subject area.
• Candidates must adhere to Islamic principles and values.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Madrasa background.
• Must have a creative mindset and excellent teaching skills.
• Must be patient, nurturing, and possess excellent character.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking highly experienced and qualified teachers for Mathematics, English, Art & Craft, and Arabic for our Islamic English Version School. The school caters to students from Play Group to Class Five. The working hours for all positions, except for the residential Arabic teacher, are from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Arabic teacher will be a full-time residential position.

Responsibilities:

Teaching & Lesson Planning:

• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that align with the English version Islamic school curriculum.

• Deliver subject-specific knowledge effectively to students of Play Group to Class Five.

• Incorporate Islamic values and teachings within lessons where applicable.

Student Development:

• Create a supportive and nurturing environment for students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

• Ensure individualized attention to help students achieve their learning goals.

Assessment & Reporting:

• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and observation.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.

Classroom Management:

• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order in the classroom.

• Address any behavioral issues with a patient and understanding approach.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the highest standard of education.

• Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and school events.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in teaching other relevant subjects (General Knowledge, Social Studies, etc.) if required.

• Participate in extracurricular activities, including school programs and events.

Monthly salary will be disbursed by the 10th of the following month. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Monthly performance bonuses for top performers. Two Eid bonuses equivalent to 50% of the monthly salary. Weekly day off on Fridays, along with semester and special holiday breaks. শিক্ষক ব্যতিত বাকিদের প্রতিমাসে একাধারে ৪ দিন করে মাসিক ছুটি, ৩ সেমিস্টারে ১ সপ্তাহের মত ছুটি এবং বিশেষ দিবস উপলক্ষে ছুটি থাকবে।
