Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanners, printers and other IT assets.
∎ Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network.
∎ Provide local area network connection setup and network cabling and testing
∎ Provide basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting, official user email/ Outlook configuration.
∎ PC problem finding, printer (network/ share) installation and troubleshooting.
∎ Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.
∎ Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor CCTV camera, IP camera, DVR & NVR.
∎ Setup, maintain and monitor Biometric access control system.
∎ Provide day to day IT procurement as company requirement.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the Supervisor / Management.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 2 year(s)
