Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand and analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
∎ Design brilliant cloud-based solutions that align with customer needs.
∎ Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to illustrate how proposed solutions meet client requirements.
∎ Work closely with sales & Technical Teams to develop sales strategies and technical solutions.
∎ Engage with clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide technical solution.
∎ Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
∎ Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solution architectures.
∎ Act as a technical focal point to customers, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
∎ Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud technologies and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
∎ Provide technical training to clients to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the proposed solutions.
∎ Ensure smooth transition of projects from the pre-sales phase to the implementation phase by providing detailed documentation and knowledge transfer to the implementation teams.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and provide input on potential sales strategies.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
∎ Continuously improve pre-sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Suggest and implement innovative approaches to solve customer problems and improve solution offerings.
