Responsibilities & Context:
Check Bills as per the approved policy, implement the internal checking system as designed.
Prepare the monthly budget for management approval, payment processing.
Record financial transactions in software (Tally, FMS).
Monthly Reconciliation of different reports, including Bank transactions.
Coordinate External Audit work & perform internal audit.
Any other job assigned by the Management.
