Educational Requirements:
∎ Essential: Master degree in Information Technology or computer science or related field.
∎ Preferred: Vendor certification, ITIL, PMP MCSC, CEH, CCNA, and other relevant field.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service, IT System Management, Project Manager (IT System)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and facilitate IT Network and System Administration.
∎ Lead, develop and implement World Vision Bangladesh (WVB) ICT processes for a complex infrastructure supporting both internal users based on ITIL.
∎ Implement IT policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of IT equipment and services in compliance with World Vision International Partnership Standard.
∎ Provide IT technical support and training to users in remote office location and analysis of user requirements with Technical Reporting to the respective managers and IT Team.
∎ Ensure IT capacity building through training to Project staff and dissemination of IT Environment, Safety and Security.
∎ Monitor and provide system related Intelligence, Forecasting about Users, Network, Risks and Facilities.
∎ Regular scheduled maintenance of Servers, network equipment and power backups.
∎ Provide day to day support to the field offices, regional offices, National office and donor funded offices.
∎ Ensure data back up regularly and perform recovery if needed.
∎ Review grants access, privileges and system security regularly to have secure data.
∎ Produce periodic database health check and capacity planning reports.
∎ Collaborate with business user groups to develop service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) and ensures internal customer service level expectations are met through the development and implementation of network services that maximize the team's effectiveness in identifying needs and delivering quality services.
∎ Ensure smooth operation, administration and troubleshooting the Network Equipment of WVB.
∎ Identify ERP and other business application user requirements, analyze current issues and determine appropriate course of action.
∎ Manage system update, system upgrade and user requests effectively and minimize the risk of system changes by having detail assessment and implementation plan.
∎ Solve and manage MIS / other business related applications problem.
∎ Installation, configuration, monitoring and response to security system.
∎ Proactively assesses potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network.
∎ Ensure compliance with all organizational and country oriented standards/ policies/ guidelines/ procedures, laws and regulations for is security and audit requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experienced in ICT system and admin related framework.
∎ Must have basic knowledge about the commitment of World Vision, it's Vision, Mission Core Values.
∎ Technical proficiency in the following areas: Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 Data Center and 2019, Active Directory, SCCM, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Terminal Services, Other Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
∎ Good command in English language (written and spoken).
∎ Have Skills and practical experience in project design, budget preparation, evaluation and report writing.
∎ Good understanding of commonly used network protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, VPN, FTP etc) as well as routing, switching and fire-walling.
∎ Network Administration: Configuring and Managing MikroTik Routers, CISCO Router, CISCO Access Point, Fortinet 600D, Wireless Network, IP Camera, CISCO WebEx, Juniper Networks.
∎ Knowledge on Lotus Dominos and Lotus Notes Clients is highly preferable.
∎ Backup & Storage: Manage, monitor, configure and deployment of Network, Dell Storage Center (SCv2020), SAN Storage (Dell Equal logic PS4110X), Avamar Backup Store, Schedule Backup of Database Servers.
∎ Disaster Recovery - DR (Maintenance and up-gradation)
∎ Team lead, Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition across the country as a National Disaster Management Team member.
∎ Covenant of Partnership Managing and Coordinating Development/Response Program in World Vision or similar agencies.
∎ Have working experience with Humanitarian / Development / INGO sector.
∎ Experience in working with a cross-cultural environment.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%.
∎ Will provide guidance, support, coaching and mentoring to Department /Unit Heads and ensure a culture of collaboration and communication is maintained.
∎ Work will require visits to the DR Site.
