∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,EEE, ETE, Diploma in Computer
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,Cisco Certified Network Associate etc

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - To install & configure networking LAN, WAN, VPN & Wireless knowledge, switch, router ( Mikrotik, Firewall).]
∎ - Professional knowledge of VLAN, VPN, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
∎ - Attending customers' complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
∎ - Must have knowledge about transmission network.
∎ - Must have very good knowledge about TCP/ IP.
∎ - Must have very good understanding in Local Area Network.
∎ - Monitoring, reporting and maintaining computer systems and network.
∎ - Installation and troubleshooting of Mikrotik, Windows & Linux Based Operating System.
∎ - Knowledge on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.
∎ - Knowledge on basic GPON & EPON networks.
∎ - 24 x 7 on call support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
