Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests from Customer like-students, parents, Guest & visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ -Create a welcoming atmosphere to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
∎ -Assist in resolving issues and providing information related to school services, activities, and policies.
∎ -Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
∎ -Maintain clear and effective communication with students, parents, and staff members.
∎ -Receive, distribute, and maintain records of incoming and outgoing courier and mail items.
∎ -Maintain accurate records of student and visitor information.
∎ -Compile reports on customer care activities and performance as needed.
∎ -Gather and document feedback from students, parents, and visitors regarding their experiences with the school's services and facilities.
∎ -Share this feedback with relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
∎ -Keep students, parents, and staff members informed about school updates, events, and important dates.
∎ -Distribute newsletters, circulars, and information through various communication channels.
∎ -Maintain the digital notice board with up-to-date information on school events, announcements, and important notices.
∎ -Distribute all other necessary information in emergency situation as well.
∎ -Handle and resolve complaints or concerns from students, parents, or visitors in a timely and effective manner.
∎ -Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
∎ -Monitor access to the school premises, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
∎ -Respond to emergency situations and alert appropriate personnel when necessary.
∎ -Manage requests for early leave or late arrival of students, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to school policies.
∎ -Monitor and respond to inquiries in message and comments on the school's social media platforms, providing timely and accurate information.
∎ -Establish and manage a lost and found system, ensuring items are properly catalogued and returned to their owners.
∎ - Operate and manage sound systems and audio-visual equipment during school.
∎ -Other Admin related tasks assigned by the school management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be fluent in both verbal and written English.
∎ Experience working in English medium school will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ The candidate must be hard-working and self -motivated.
∎ Must have strong personality and ability to work under any pressure
