Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure real time inventory of all materials at individual projects Settling supplier bills / claims and follow up with accounts for timely payment. Ensure optimum use of fixed asset and machineries Coordinate with OR&ME Project team to inventory issues Monitor and control the transfer materials to any project. Check and reconcile of ledger balance and ensuring of proper documentation Collect the excess materials report and distribution plan accordingly Ensure training & development for all inventory & Store person Coordination with the concern department to continue smooth operations Need to follow up every purchase requisition. Need to go to the local market to purchase items as per requisition Any other tasks of the company as assigned from time to time.
