Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Consultancy, Networking, Sales target, Customer Service, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Website Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Hosting, Purchase/ Procurement, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Supply Chain
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact and maintain relation with new suppliers, buyers and customers.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
∎ Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
∎ Promote a business, product, or service.
∎ Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
∎ Oversee product storage, handling and distribution.
∎ Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analysing performance.
∎ Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff.
∎ Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
∎ Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers.
∎ Manage and minimise the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain.
∎ Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have their own laptop for workplace.
∎ Applicants must live nearby office location.
∎ Applicants must consent to visit supplier and buyer offices, stores and outdoor meetings.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ First 3 months will be probationary period and after 3 months company will review salary, increament could be up to 100% bases on performances.
For internship company will bear the basic cost for the training and others.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Employee development scheme 50000 Taka (yearly)
∎ 30% salary increment (yearly)
∎ Foreign tour allowance 100000 yearly (condition apply)
∎ T/A allowance 50000 yearly (applicable after first year)
∎ Official tour every after 6 months (applicable after first year)
