∎ HSC, SSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Defence, Security Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests.
∎ Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.
∎ The applicant must have a motorcycle with a valid driving license and must be capable of driving.
∎ Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations and key control audit.
∎ Monitor closed circuit televisions and alarm systems.
∎ Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
∎ Assist guests or employees during emergency situations, such as fire, evacuation, flood, severe weather, bomb threat, robbery, natural disasters, etc.
∎ Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Gather information and complete reports.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals.
∎ Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
∎ Escort unwelcome persons from the property.
∎ Provide support to departmental management in the event of troublesome terminations, thefts, investigations, and procedures as requested.
∎ Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
∎ Must be able to visit the project day and night.
∎ Liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
∎ Capable to make duty schedule & an attendance sheet for associates.
∎ Provide fire training in accordance with company and Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence guidelines.
∎ Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
∎ Ensure subordinates uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professionally and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct a key control audit, including monitoring electronic key boxes, issuing and receiving all master keys, radios, and beepers and keeping accurate records to ensure the safekeeping of these items.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Safety orientation, resolving conflict, patrol and vehicle security, emergency procedures, investigations & conflict resolution
