Job Context:
∎ Job Context: We need Production Machine Operator for our Meghnaghat factory.
∎ Job Location: Meghnaghat Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should have at least 1-2 years' dedicated experience on concrete block manufacturing machine operation & maintenance.
∎ Sound knowledge on PLC & HMI based machine operation and ensure proper functioning.
∎ He should have good knowledge on PLC, HMI, Electrical panel & devices, electronics, pneumatic, calibration items.
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limit & ensure cost effectiveness for production operation.
∎ Collect & submit production data, analyze, make operational report & implement.
∎ Maintain & check safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures at field level and report to departmental head.
∎ Co-ordinate & co-operate with other supporting departments ie Maintenance, QA & QC, Store etc. for best production performance.
∎ Capability to work under pressure, challenging environment and meet daily production target.
∎ Develop production team through proper training & guidance to improve production, quality & maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, time management skill.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
