Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor packhouse equipment via the CCR system.
∎ Ensure smooth and uninterrupted cement packaging.
∎ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot and rectify minor machinery issues to avoid downtime.
∎ Monitor production parameters like weight consistency and packaging quality.
∎ Optimize machine settings to maximize output and minimize material loss.
∎ Follow and enforce safety protocols and guidelines.
∎ Ensure adherence to environmental and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet dispatch schedules.
∎ Maintain detailed logs and reports on production, maintenance, and incidents.
∎ Oversee the performance of pack house operators and workers.
∎ Provide training and guidance for efficient operations.
