Responsibilities & Context:
Student Counselling & Course Matching
Assess profiles, shortlist courses/intakes/scholarships for AU/NZ/UK.
Explain costs, timelines, basic PR/PSW pathways (no immigration advice), and living arrangements.
Application & Offer Management:
Prepare checklists; verify academic/work docs, passports, photographs, translations.
Submit the necessary documents provided by students to Application department.
Reporting & Targets:
Track lead→offer→enrolment→visa funnel and maintain weekly dashboards.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ year proven experience at a Bangladesh-based education consultancy with hands-on file processing for at least two of AU/NZ/UK (preferably all three).
Working knowledge of: ImmiAccount, UKVI portal, INZ online, OSHC portals, Flywire/Convera, and super-agent platforms (GSP/ApplyBoard/Adventus).
Strong English & Bangla communication; excellent document checking and time management.
Ethics & compliance-first mindset; zero tolerance for document manipulation.
Added Advantages (Nice to Have):
Recent PTE or IELTS score (your own) demonstrating strong English proficiency.
Experience with scholarship negotiations, COE/CAS turnaround, and pre-departure briefings.
CRM skills , spreadsheet reporting, and basic social/event coordination.
