∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Expert in Education and Visa Consultations for Australia, Canada and Other countries.
∎ Knowledge of IT Training and Professional Certification, IT vendor Exam Vouchers registration.
∎ Maintain the Pearson VUE Online and Offline Testing Center services.
∎ Write SOP( Statement of Purpose)for international students for overseas university admission as well as for their Visa purpose
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with clients via phone call, mail, Social media, and field visit.
∎ Maintain records of the documentation.
∎ Update daily processing work activities.
∎ Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application ste
∎ Be responsible and committed to the assignment.
∎ Attend phone calls and schedule appointments.
∎ Give counseling to the students about admission in foreign universities.
∎ Handle students' applications and documentations.
∎ Communicate with foreign institutions.
∎ Process documents related to student visa
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for application
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation
∎ Update daily processing work and activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good experience in the Schengen Area, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia, and rest of the countries Visa Process.
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must have experience visa process in all countries.
∎ Execute the fee agreement on behalf of Immi Visa to ensure the services.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Communication with foreign universities/colleges/others party.
∎ Advising & counseling students on their higher education options abroad.
∎ Assisting the students with the Application Process
∎ Responsibilities of achieving the student's file open on a targeted basis.
∎ Ability to handle students & satisfy them with the correct, Authentic and transparent information
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed Salary 20k per month and attractive commission on each success Student File opening as well as commission for the IT Vendor Exam Registration
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
