• Age At least 20 years

• Knowledge and Experience of Visa consultancy/ Processing/Immigration/Visit Visa/Work Permit Visa/Family Migration Visa

• Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).

• Ability to work with under pressure

• Should have a good experience about the visa processing system.

• Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.

• Should know computer basic knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing, Internet, graphic design etc)

• Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and build up good relationships with students/clients.

• Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.

• Perfect counselling direct & over the phone.

• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.

• Communication with foreign universities/colleges/others.

• Managing client's databases and regularly following up with them.

• Preparing and checking all legal documents related to VISA processing and visits abroad.

• Research on the latest updates of VISAs of different countries.

• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.

• Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
